Berkshire County Arc was recently presented with the Employer of the Year Award by the Employers Association of the Northeast.  The agency was one of five recipients of the award, chosen from 745 membership organizations.
   Recipient organizations were reviewed in the areas of Effective Communication, Fostering Employee Input and Feedback, Fostering Encouraging Employee Development, Fostering Work/Life Balance and Promoting Positive Culture. 

   The Employers Association of the Northeast has been serving organizations throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont since 1913, and specializes in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensation Services.  The organization also helps with extensive Management and Staff Development and Training Programs.
   Berkshire County Arc received this prestigious award in the main hall of the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA.
