ladies' faces light up. The guys visit on holidays and birthdays, always bringing presents, cookies or candy. Martha even came to their home on New Year's Day for dinner.
In addition to volunteering, Matt is a bona fide home owner, keeping busy maintaining his Whittier Avenue home. He seems to really enjoy both the perks and pitfalls that go with home ownership. Certainly, there appear to be many more perks than pitfalls.

AEN Individual Spotlight

The Advantage Employee Network proudly recognizes Heide Curtis as this issue's Spotlight Individual. Heide has worked at the Ponds at Fox Hollow for the past 8 years as a housekeeper. Originally, Heide worked with a crew with three other people and an employment trainer. With hard work and experience Heide has matured to become a productive, independent part of the Ponds work force.
Throughout her years at the Ponds, Heide has made many

friends and has earned the respect of her co-workers. Nancy Anderson, the Ponds Housekeeping Director, adds, "Heide has been an employee at the Ponds for about 81/2 years. She has been a fantastic employee and an asset to the Ponds. Heide has been working independently now for quite some time. It is a pleasure to have her as an employee, and we hope she'll continue to be here for a long time." Congratulations, Heide and keep up the great work.
