Ray DiNicola has run three different programs for BCARC. As residential director, he was always on the spot when needed by his staff or by the individuals they supported. Ray then became a van driver, and currently he works as director of the Senior Activity Program in Lenox.
Those who work with Ray attest that they can count on him to take care of business. His dedication to the individuals he supports is unsurpassed.

Mimi Sanchez works at 50 Oxford Place as a full time residential support staff person. When she walks into the house, the energy is electrifying! Her kind and caring demeanor towards the women at Oxford is genuine, compassionate, entertaining, encouraging and natural. A hard worker, Mimi is a great team player who is admired by her supervisors for her insight and realism.
Mimi is committed to assisting and supporting the women at Oxford Place and helps them realize how wonderful it is to be alive, appreciated, respected and loved.
