Ray DiNicola has run three different programs for BCARC. As residential director, he was always on the spot when needed by his staff or by the individuals they supported. Ray then became a van driver, and currently he works as director of the Senior Activity Program in Lenox. Those who work with Ray attest that they can count on him to take care of business. Her kind and caring demeanor towards the women at Oxford is genuine, compassionate, entertaining, encouraging and natural.
