The Massachusetts Council of Human Services Providers named Rhodora Higgins the Outstanding Human Service Supervisor at a ceremony at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. 
    Ken Singer, Executive Director of BCARC, nominated Rhodora for this award because, "She has been totally dedicated to the individuals within her program. Giving of herself beyond the call, day after day, she has found creative ways  not only to provide quality programs, but also to instill in others the importance of the work that we do."
