she will utilize her skills to train individuals to be successful on their jobs.   In all of her roles, Jennifer embodies the BCARC mission by making the individuals she supports her first priority.
   
Shelly Wood brings energy and creativity to her job as a Community Advocate. All of her team members appreciate her work in developing data sheets for program goals, researching community-based activities and starting a community activity library. But more important, Shelly has consistently exhibited genuine involvement with the individuals she supports.     
   When two individuals were involved in a serious car accident, Shelly responded immediately to

   When she was serving as Residential Director of 69 Onota St., Jennifer Dodge voluntarily assisted on Gibbons Drive in the absence of both the Director and Assistant Director. Her support and know-how were much appreciated, not only by the staff, but also by the three gentlemen who reside there.     
    Recently, Jennifer transferred to AEN to become an Employment Trainer where

support them and their families during the difficult experience.
    More recently, Shelly stepped in with only an hour's notice to substitute for another staff person who was unable to accompany two individuals on their vacation to Lake George. Shelly sets an example for all staff by her dedication to improving the lives of the individuals she supports.
