   Tami’s dedication and generous heart have earned her the respect and trust of the individuals she supports as well as her staff, her fellow team members and family members. She readily shares her organizational skills to help other new directors, offers solutions to problems, presents new ideas to benefit individuals and steps up to assist  her team in any way she can. Tami’s positive attitude and reassuring spirit  are the embodiment of the BCARC Mission.

Residential Support

 

    Sharon does a wonderful job in preparing meals for the individuals she supports.   In addition, she is a strong advocate for their wants and needs and she is never afraid to speak up on their behalf. Sharon works extra hours to help out when needed or to take an individual out into the community.  She has also been supportive and helpful to both the new Director and Assistant Director at Lakeway.
