All of the proceeds from this event are used directly to benefit individuals supported by Berkshire County Arc. The BCARC Allocations Committee makes decisions about the fund’s use. Healthy Choices program, and a weekend program for children with autism.
The funds generated from the tournament are also used for scholarships for local high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in human services and have demonstrated outstanding prior involvement with people with disabilities. This year’s scholarship recipients are: Rachel Appell, Taconic High School; Caitlyn Bertoli, Taconic High School; Ann Connolly, Mt. Greylock Regional High School; Katrina Goddard, Wahconah Regional High School and Mary Hang, Wahconah Regional High School.  Volunteers Jim Fowler and John Brate take a minute to enjoy the sun! This year’s tournament could not have been possible without the determination and assistance of the forty-eight volunteers who gave up hours of time to benefit people supported by BCARC.
