     On Friday, February 28th, Gladys Blay, a Hab Center staff person, and individual Chris Scott went to the home of Helen Johnson at Berkshire Place to do Helen's shopping as they always do. When Helen didn't answer her door, they became concerned, especially since they heard a

beeping sound coming from her apartment. So they opened the door and found Helen lying on the bathroom floor unable to reach the phone for help.   
     Gladys and Chris called for help. As Helen went to the emergency room, Chris and Gladys did Helen's shopping for her making sure she'd

The Lullaby of Broadway

entire orchestra section.  Lots of folks got to take home a streamer as a souvenir of their day on Broadway. 
      We got another taste of New York when we ran into the traffic jam around the tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center.  But even this delay the couldn't spoil the success and excitement of this very special outing.
