We made this salmon in Transitions in our new space in Pittsfield.

It was healthy to eat for lunch and was fun to make. We shopped for the ingredients, and prepared the meal.

The salmon and green beans turned out awesome; we liked it enough that we will make it again.

It made us feel good that we were able to do this independently.
